Caffeto Specialty Coffee

Caffeto Specialty Coffee is a Colombian-owned specialty coffee concept founded by sisters Valentina and Maria Castellanos, who source their beans directly from their family’s farm in Neira, Caldas, Colombia — roasted in Manizales and shipped to North Carolina every two weeks. The business launched as a mobile coffee truck in late 2024 in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood at 3012 N. Davidson St., where it became a community hub hosting events like yoga, a running club, and social meetups, and has since expanded with its first brick-and-mortar café inside The Outpost at Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. Their coffee has earned an “excellent” grade from the Specialty Coffee Association, and the brand is committed to sustainability through fully compostable cups and packaging, with plans to supply other small businesses with high-quality Colombian beans at accessible prices.
