Five Star Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee roastery established in 2015, located at 108 Thomas Mill Road, Suite 101, in Holly Springs, NC. With four generations of coffee-growing heritage in the Highlands of Honduras, the business sources beans through direct trade relationships with producers worldwide, offering certified organic, Smithsonian Bird Friendly, and single-origin coffees for both retail and wholesale customers. The roastery welcomes walk-in visitors Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, and serves individual coffee enthusiasts and corporate clients alike.
