Blackbird Books and Coffee

Blackbird Books & Coffee is an independent bookstore and café located at 323 Blake St in the City Market district of Downtown Raleigh, NC, owned and operated by sisters-in-law Hannah and Bre Brunswick. The shop carries new fiction, poetry, and nonfiction titles with a curated focus on female, BIPOC, Indigenous, and queer authors, alongside specialty coffee, tea, and pastries. Blackbird also serves as a community gathering space, hosting events, workshops, book clubs, poetry slams, and local author signings in partnership with other Raleigh businesses.
