The Gifted Bean Coffee House

The Gifted Bean Coffee House is a family-owned coffeehouse established in 2014, located inside the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library at 515 N 5th St in downtown Bismarck, North Dakota. Founded by Matt and Sandy McMerty, the shop was built around a meaningful mission: to create a supportive and successful working environment for their son, who has Down syndrome, and others in the community with unique abilities and talents. The café serves specialty coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, hot and cold sandwiches, baked goods, and sweet treats, and also offers catering services for meetings and special events.
