Moonrise Cafe

Moonrise Cafe is a breakfast and lunch café located at 111 Broadway N in downtown Fargo, ND, founded by culinary friends Emily Driscoll and Alexa Eugenio. What began in 2020 as a conversation about opening a café — rooted in Emily’s Heart Cakes cottage bakery — became a brick-and-mortar reality in August 2023, when the duo opened their doors after fundraising, writing a business plan, and securing a business loan. The café serves espresso drinks, fresh-baked daily pastries, breakfast burritos, soups, sandwiches, and custom cakes, all made with a focus on local, fresh ingredients.
