Founded in 2016 by Tim and Elisha Griffin, Youngblood Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and café located at 623 2nd Ave N in downtown Fargo, North Dakota. The shop specializes in roasting washed single-origin coffees sourced from Africa and Central and South America, drawing on the owners’ extensive background in the West Coast artisan coffee scene to deliver bright, nuanced flavor profiles. In addition to its in-house roasted coffee, Youngblood offers a focused café menu featuring pour-overs, lattes, and freshly baked sourdough bread, all served in a cozy, inviting space in the heart of downtown Fargo.
