Copper Dog Cafe is a locally owned waffle and coffee shop established in 2019, located at 218 W. Main Street in downtown Mandan, North Dakota, serving gourmet waffles with locally sourced toppings and custom coffee drinks made with beans roasted in Bismarck. Founded by a mother-daughter team with deep roots in the Mandan community, the cafe was created to bring a hyper-focused, specialty dining experience to their hometown.
