Raising Roots Coffee-Roastery

Raising Roots Coffee Co. is a family-owned micro-roastery located at 143 Main Street in Bellville, Ohio, founded in August 2022 by Whitney Smith, who also owns the neighboring Rustik Market and Smith True Value Hardware. The roastery grew out of Smith’s passion for small business and community roots, taking over the craft from a retiring local roaster, and operates with the motto “for life’s rhythms.” Fresh-roasted, small-batch gourmet coffee is available for local pickup at Smith Hardware + Rustik Market or shipped directly to customers nationwide.
