Six Shooter Coffee

Founded in 2014 by owner Peter Brown, who began roasting small batches in his basement while teaching school by day, Six Shooter Coffee has grown into a beloved Cleveland institution with café locations in the Waterloo Arts District (Collinwood) and Old Brooklyn, as well as a production Roast Bar in the Flats West Bank. The small-batch roastery sources its beans conscientiously, roasts everything locally in Cleveland, and has expanded its reach with a cold brew product carried in retail stores including Target. Deeply community-oriented, Six Shooter strives to serve as a neighborhood hub, building local partnerships and fostering connection — a mission that earned founder Peter Brown a spot on Crain’s Cleveland Business “20 in their 20s” list in 2017 and recognition as the SBA’s Outstanding Client of the Year in 2018.
