Honey Cup Coffee Company is a specialty coffee shop located at 2489 Summit St. in the SoHud neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, originally launched as a mobile trailer in 2021 before settling into its current brick-and-mortar location. Founded by two baristas who trained at Brioso Coffee — whose beans the shop still uses — Honey Cup serves espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, and matcha alongside an inventive rotating menu of seasonal lattes and house-made syrups. The shop has become a beloved neighborhood fixture, known for its intentionally curated vintage decor, welcoming atmosphere, and LGBTQ+-friendly environment, drawing a loyal community of locals and coffee enthusiasts seven days a week.
