The Light Meeting House

The Light Meeting House Coffee Bar & Café is a family-owned coffee shop located at 1485 Oak Street in Columbus, Ohio’s Franklin Park neighborhood near Olde Towne East. Opened in April 2025 by partners Prudence Kelly and Rick Smith, the café occupies the former home of Addella’s on Oak and offers specialty coffee drinks, bagels, pastries, and both indoor and outdoor seating. Built on a commitment to community connection, the business has quickly become a neighborhood favorite, known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and the personal care its owners extend to every guest.
