Third Way Coffee House

Founded in 2017 by John and Tim Rush, Third Way Coffee House is a community-focused café located at 3059 W. Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio’s Hilltop neighborhood. The shop operates as a multi-roaster café, featuring specialty coffees from local Columbus roasters such as One Line Coffee, Roosevelt Coffee Roasters, and Royal Flamingo Coffee, alongside baked goods from local bakeries. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, community events, and support of local small businesses, Third Way has established itself as a beloved neighborhood gathering place centered on the motto of “coffee + community.”
