Joy Local Coffee Co. is a mobile specialty coffee business in Gahanna, Ohio, operated by Leah and Matthew Hurt out of a lovingly restored 1960s Shasta camper that took approximately a year and a half to convert. Launched in the late summer of 2024, the trailer serves handcrafted espresso drinks and refreshers, parking weekdays near CrossFit Gahanna on Stygler Road and traveling to local events on weekends — with seasonal operations at Hoover Gardens’ greenhouse to stay open through winter.
