Founded in 1993 by Geneva residents Ed and Judy Fleisher, Scribblers Coffee Co. was the first specialty coffee roasting company in the region, bringing artisan-roasted, small-batch coffees to northeastern Ohio at the height of the national specialty coffee movement. Located at 388 South Broadway in Geneva, Ohio, the café offers a full menu of espresso-based drinks, smoothies, loose-leaf teas, fresh-roasted bagged coffee, and made-from-scratch breakfast pastries, sandwiches, and salads, along with catering services for private events. Now celebrating over 30 years of roasting excellence, Scribblers remains a beloved community gathering spot and a proud champion of local coffee culture in Ashtabula County.
