Herman’s Coffee Bar-Owned & Operated by Oregon Wildlife Foundation

Herman’s Coffee Bar, owned and operated by the Oregon Wildlife Foundation (OWF), is located inside the OWF gift shop on the grounds of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Bonneville Fish Hatchery in Cascade Locks, OR, in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. The coffee bar is named in honor of Herman the Sturgeon, the hatchery’s iconic resident, and sits alongside a curated selection of local gifts, apparel, books, and Oregon-made provisions. As a nonprofit-operated business, every purchase supports OWF’s mission of wildlife conservation, including ongoing efforts to fund upgrades to the on-site Sturgeon Interpretive Center.
