La Lucha Coffee

La Lucha Coffee is a Latin-inspired specialty coffee cart owned and operated by Braulio Gonzalez, located inside Enso Winery at 1416 SE Stark St. in Portland’s Buckman neighborhood, where it opened in November 2024. The cart is known for its mostly vegan, handcrafted drinks rooted in Latin American flavors — including a mazapán latte, Mexican mocha, and horchata latte — sourced from sustainably grown Latin American beans. Gonzalez founded La Lucha with a mission to grow Latin representation in Portland’s coffee scene, and the business is also available as a mobile cart for private events, corporate gatherings, and community festivals.
