Less & More Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and kiosk concept founded by Ryan Jie Jiang, operating out of a converted 1970s-era vintage bus shelter at 1003 SW 5th Ave in downtown Portland, Oregon, with a second location at 811 SW 6th Ave. Launched in fall 2021, the shop distinguishes itself with a creative menu that blends traditional espresso drinks with flavors rooted in Jiang’s Korean and Chinese heritage — including signature offerings like the Tiramisu Latte, Black Sesame Latte, and Ube Latte, with specialty ingredients such as mugwort and omija berries sourced directly from Korea.
