PDX Coffee Club

PDX Coffee Club is a 100% Portland-sourced, multi-roaster specialty café founded by Joe Shum Seruto, who relocated from Los Angeles to Portland in 2020 with a mission to celebrate and champion the city’s vibrant coffee culture. The café sources its roasts exclusively from local Portland roasters and is committed to making specialty coffee welcoming and judgment-free for everyone — from seasoned coffee enthusiasts to first-time drinkers. Currently located at 6369 SW Capitol Highway in the Hillsdale neighborhood, PDX Coffee Club also actively works to connect consumers with producers by uplifting underrepresented voices across the coffee supply chain and reducing barriers to enjoying specialty coffee.
