Junction Roastery • Social Club is a community-focused coffeehouse and in-house roastery located at 708 SW Deschutes Avenue in downtown Redmond, Oregon, inside the historic Patrick Building — formerly the city’s first medical facility in the 1940s — adjacent to Centennial Park. Founded in 2021 by Bo Olson and Mitch Thisius, the café serves small-batch roasted coffee, espresso beverages, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, beer, wine, and cocktails, with ample space for remote work, meetups, and community gathering. A second location has since opened in Bend, Oregon, expanding the brand’s reach while maintaining its signature barn-inspired aesthetic and commitment to hospitality.
