Tite Knot Craft Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and in-house bakery founded by Nick and Lauri and rooted in the third-wave coffee movement, offering handcrafted espresso drinks, small-batch baked goods, and a full food menu from their flagship location at 706 SW 10th Street in Redmond, Oregon, which opened in January 2021. Built with a vision of creating a community gathering space, the business has grown to multiple locations, including a partnership with the Dry Canyon Club, bringing their craft coffee experience to more neighborhoods throughout Redmond.
