Old Village Roastery is a specialty small-batch craft coffee roaster located at 5812B Lower York Road in Lahaska, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, nestled within the historic Peddler’s Village. The roastery is known for its distinctive “Forge Roasting” process, in which beans are roasted on-site in small batches over an open wood fire, sourcing premium coffees from select plantations around the world — including rare offerings such as Jamaica Blue Mountain and Kona.
