Lonely Monk Coffee Roasting

Lonely Monk Coffee Roasting is a small-batch, artisan coffee roaster located at 303 Herman Ave in Lemoyne, PA, originally founded in Lancaster by Mennonite minister Leon Miller after he developed a passion for fine coffee while traveling in Europe. Current owner Josh Willits, a former globetrotting engineer, purchased the business and relocated it to Lemoyne in 2020, with Miller staying on as roastmaster. The company is known for its fluid bed roasting method, which produces a notably smooth flavor, and serves home consumers, local cafés, and wholesale partners across Central Pennsylvania.
