Persimmon Coffee

Persimmon Coffee is an independent specialty coffee roaster and shop located at 11 W. Girard Avenue in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, founded out of a devotion to community, empathy, and storytelling. Infused with Japanese and Korean minimalist design influences, the brand roasts one new single-origin coffee each month, carefully selected to be approachable and well-balanced for a wide range of palates. The shop is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where anyone can access the beauty of specialty coffee, and actively engages with its local community through collaborations with Philly-based craftspeople and artists.
