Eden Valley Coffee Co. is an independent artisan coffee shop located at 165 Elmwood Street in State College, PA, opened in July 2025 by Penn State graduate Zoe Duffus — whose path to entrepreneurship began after a career-ending injury forced her to medically retire from the university’s track and field program. The shop serves handcrafted specialty lattes, espresso drinks, matcha, chai, and pastries using Rothrock Coffee blends, and is rooted in a faith-inspired mission to cultivate community, warmth, and genuine hospitality for all who walk through its doors.
