Stan’s Coffee Company

Stan’s Coffee Company is a charming coffee shop located at 624 W. Main Street in Thompsontown, Pennsylvania, opened on December 31, 2022, by local couple Ben and Mary Sieber. Housed in an 1860s home that once served as the sewing machine repair shop of Ben’s grandfather, Stan Sieber — who operated it for more than 50 years — the business was founded to honor Stan and his wife Ruth’s legacy of hospitality and community connection. Sourcing its coffee from nearby Cedar Shed Coffee Roasters in East Salem, Stan’s fills a longstanding gap in the area by offering residents a welcoming space to gather, serving coffee, pastries, and good conversation Monday through Saturday.
