Pullshot Coffee Roasters is a locally owned micro-batch specialty coffee roaster founded by Paxtonia native Andrew Mintonye, whose passion for coffee began when he purchased his first roaster at age 20 and later traveled internationally — including to Australia — to deepen his knowledge of beans and brewing. The business launched in the summer of 2024 through pop-up events before opening its first permanent location at the York Central Market House, 34 W. Philadelphia Street, York, PA 17401. Pullshot specializes in precision-roasted, single-origin coffees and offers specialty drinks, whole bean coffee, and locally made baked goods.
