Fundati Coffee is a specialty coffee shop, roastery, and eatery located at 1525 Old Louisquisset Pike in Lincoln, Rhode Island, founded by Alicia with a mission built on four pillars: experience, quality, community, and sustainability. The shop roasts its own beans on-site using the Bellwether — the only zero-emission coffee roaster in Rhode Island — and offers pour-over coffee, cold brew, handcrafted espresso drinks, and a scratch kitchen with freshly made baked goods, bowls, and sandwiches.
