Simple Merchant Coffee is a multi-roaster coffee shop located at 513 Broadway in Newport, Rhode Island, housed inside the beautifully repurposed Sheffield School building — now home to Innovate Newport, a community co-working space. What began as a mobile tricycle cart evolved into a beloved neighborhood café known for its carefully crafted drinks, rotating roasters, and welcoming atmosphere. The shop also doubles as a gathering place for the local community, hosting regular Magic: The Gathering game nights and drawing coffee lovers and creatives alike.
