Ceremony College Hill is an independently owned café and tea house located at 406 Brook St in Providence’s College Hill neighborhood, near Brown University and Thayer Street. Founded by Michelle Cheng, who drew inspiration from family tea traditions, the café specializes in directly sourced, premium teas from across Asia alongside espresso drinks, natural wine, snacks, and an evening cocktail menu developed with an award-winning mixologist. Guests can also book a private tea ceremony — a reserved, intimate tasting experience led by a tea apprentice — making it a destination for both casual visitors and dedicated tea enthusiasts.
