The Nitro Bar

The Nitro Bar is a locally owned craft coffee shop founded in 2016 by co-founders Audrey Finocchiaro and Sam Lancaster, who got their start selling nitro cold brew from a hand-built cart before opening their first brick-and-mortar location in 2018 inside Dash Bicycle Shop at 228 Broadway on the West End of Providence. The shop is known for its signature nitro cold brew — sourced from local Rhode Island roasters, cold-brewed, and poured on tap — alongside espresso drinks, locally sourced breakfast and lunch, and house-made pastries. Since going viral on TikTok, The Nitro Bar has expanded to three Rhode Island locations and distributes its nitro cold brew to 50+ restaurants across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
