Piecewise Coffee Co. – Cayce

Piecewise Coffee Co. is a community-focused specialty coffee shop located at 2001 State Street in the Avenues neighborhood of Cayce, South Carolina, founded in July 2019 by the Scoma family and later acquired in 2022 by lifelong locals and twins Jacob and Zach Kirby. The shop offers a full menu of specialty espresso drinks, batch brew, pour-overs, and seasonal creations, and partners with Methodical Coffee and local bakeries to source quality products. With seating for up to 65 guests, a private event space called “The Mailroom,” and a second location on Devine Street in Columbia, Piecewise is dedicated to fostering community connection through local events and a welcoming environment for working, studying, and gathering.
