Bad Bunnies Coffee is a specialty coffee shop located at 116 Spring Street in downtown Charleston, SC, owned and operated by husband-and-wife artists Carol Frances and Rick Harden, who designed and built the entire space by hand to reflect an artful, old-world Charleston aesthetic. The shop serves locally roasted specialty coffee alongside daily-baked pastries from local bakers, house-made syrups, and vegan and gluten-free options, all within a thoughtfully crafted environment that reflects the owners’ deep roots in the surrounding neighborhood. True to their mission of keeping quality high and staying people-focused, the Hardens have intentionally kept Bad Bunnies a single, independent shop — declining franchise opportunities in favor of fostering genuine community connection.
