Kool Beans Coffee and Roasterie

Kool Beans Coffee and Roasterie is a family-owned coffee shop and roasterie located in the historic 1894 Building at 225 Main Avenue in downtown Brookings, South Dakota, open since 2017. The shop roasts all of its coffee on-site in small batches using organic, fair trade, and direct-trade green coffee beans, and offers a full-service menu that includes cold brew, chai, seasonal drinks, locally baked goods, and coffee ice cream. Guided by a mission of community, quality, and sustainability, Kool Beans also provides a gathering space for events and is available as a mobile coffee service for special occasions throughout the region.
