Ridgeline Roasters

Ridgeline Roasters is a specialty coffee shop and small-batch roaster opened in June 2025 by David and Jasmine Hancock, located at 201 Main St., Suite 101, in the historic Fairmont Creamery building in downtown Rapid City, South Dakota. The café offers ethically sourced, expertly brewed coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, and features rare lever-pull espresso machines, with its own roasting facility in nearby Summerset, SD. With a community-first philosophy centered on conversation and connection, the Hancocks designed an inviting, antique-appointed space where customers are welcome to linger, work, or relax, open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
