The shop blends Midwestern recipes with unique flavors inspired by the Mahaffeys’ travels, and takes its name from the pronghorn antelope, nicknamed “speed goats,” reflecting the couple’s deep ties to western South Dakota culture and their involvement with the South Dakota Antelope Foundation. Beyond great coffee, the community-minded café has hosted fundraisers supporting organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network and Monument Health, reinforcing their philosophy that business is about people, not just profit.
