Daylily Coffee

Daylily Coffee is a family-owned specialty coffee roastery and café located at 1010 E. 8th Street in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota, founded in 2022 by Andrew Fritz and Ariana Vandersnick and opened as a physical tasting room in February 2024. Housed in a remodeled historic building, the shop sources single-origin beans from Africa, South America, and Central America, roasting them in-house with a focus on light roasts that highlight each coffee’s unique character. Daylily also features an in-house baking program, sustainability-minded practices such as composting spent coffee grounds, and retail availability at local partners including Look’s Meat Market and the Sioux Falls Food Co-op.
