The Breaks Coffee Roasting Co. is a locally owned roastery and café located at 311 E. 12th St. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, founded in 2015 by co-owners Corey Gerlach and Mary Campbell as a direct-to-consumer coffee roaster, with wholesale services added in 2016. The company is committed to sourcing and roasting high-quality Arabica coffee, prioritizing ethical sourcing and direct relationships with farmers, and has recently expanded into a larger 2,000-square-foot roasting facility to more than double its production capacity. Their café serves espresso, drip, and cold brew beverages on-site, with beans and roasted coffee also available through retail partners across Sioux Falls and online.
