The LOCAL Place

The LOCAL Place is a family-owned café, ice cream parlor, and creative studio located at 111 S Public Square in the heart of historic downtown Centerville, Tennessee, inside the landmark Breece’s Building — a reimagined structure dating back to 1939. Opening in late 2021, the business offers specialty coffee made from a proprietary custom-roasted bean blend, over 50 rotating flavors of small-batch homemade ice cream crafted by owner Concetta West, fresh sandwiches, soups, pastries, and a pottery painting and candle-making studio called MADE @ The Local. A beloved community gathering spot featured on Nashville Public Television’s *Tennessee Crossroads*, The LOCAL Place has grown to two locations serving the region and has welcomed guests from all 50 states and over 50 countries.
