Hank’s Coffee Station – Franklin

Hank’s Coffee Station is a neighborhood café located at 1411 W. Main Street in historic Franklin, Tennessee, housed in a charming converted old gas station. Owned by Savannah Starr and Joshua James and named after their family dog, the shop held its grand opening ribbon cutting in August 2024 and quickly became a local staple, offering specialty coffee drinks, open-faced sandwiches, avocado tartines, and more. The business also has a second location in downtown Leiper’s Fork.
