Seed Coffee Co is a Knoxville-based coffeehouse located at 2558 Sutherland Ave in the Marble City neighborhood, housed in a renovated church building, serving specialty coffee, seasonal lattes, bagel sandwiches, and housemade pastries. The shop is mission-driven, partnering with Café Kreyol to source Haitian-grown coffee while ensuring farmers are paid above a living wage, and donating 25% of profits to Seed International, a nonprofit that supports Haitian and Dominican entrepreneurs through small business training and financial education.
