The Well Coffeehouse

The Well Coffeehouse is a nonprofit specialty coffeehouse and roaster founded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2012 by co-founders Touchstone and Charlie Dillingham, with multiple locations across Nashville and Indiana. Guided by the mission of “Turning Coffee Into Water,” the business channels its profits toward funding clean water well projects in communities around the world, having supported over 80 water projects globally. Beyond its global impact, The Well also engages locally — partnering with organizations like People Loving Nashville to serve displaced community members — and hosts live music performances, making it a vibrant hub for both coffee lovers and community connection.
