Grindstone Cowboy Shelbyville

Grindstone Cowboy Shelbyville is a community-focused restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and live music venue located at 100 Spring Street on the historic downtown square in Shelbyville, TN. Founded by country music artist Craig Campbell and his wife Mindy, the concept originally launched in Eagleville, TN in April 2022 before expanding to a fully renovated 12,000-square-foot building in Shelbyville. The Shelbyville location hosts a lively events calendar — including live music, open mic nights, karaoke, and themed celebrations — and has served as a community gathering place, even hosting a monthly veterans fundraiser breakfast.
