The Coffee Collective

The Coffee Collective is a family-owned coffee shop established in 2017 and located at 12 Liberty Square in the heart of historic downtown Sparta, TN, operating out of a beautifully restored 1911 building. Founded by Maryangela and John Rippberger with a vision to serve the White County community, the shop offers in-house roasted coffee, specialty drinks, whole leaf teas, freshly baked pastries, breakfast, lunch, and handmade gelato. Rooted in a community-first mission, The Coffee Collective serves as a welcoming gathering place where quality food and drink bring neighbors and visitors together.
