Texas Coffee Traders Roastery is a family-owned, artisanal coffee roastery founded in 1994 by RC and Beth, proudly rooted in East Austin, Texas. The business roasts over 100 coffees daily from origins around the world — including Ethiopia and Costa Rica — and serves both retail and wholesale customers, while also offering coffee equipment sales and at-home machine repair services. Built on a commitment to sustainability, quality, and community, Texas Coffee Traders was among the first businesses in the United States to establish fair-trade relationships with coffee farmers, a tradition that continues to define its mission today.
