JuJu’s Coffee

JuJu’s Coffee is a neighborhood coffee shop and roastery founded in 2020 by married co-owners Nick and Julia Rocha, who began their journey by converting a 1962 Airstream trailer into a mobile coffee operation — nicknamed “Otis” — while attending the University of North Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic. In November 2022, they expanded into a charming brick-and-mortar location in the Lakewood neighborhood of East Dallas, where they now roast all of their own coffee in-house, sourcing beans through specialty importers and offering a range of roast profiles. Located at 6038 La Vista Dr., Dallas, TX 75206, JuJu’s has become a beloved community staple, recognized by the Dallas Observer with a 2024 Best Baristas award and known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuine commitment to getting to know the people they serve.
