Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters is an artisanal micro-roastery and café founded in 2011 by Marta and Kevin Sprague, located at 819 Exposition Avenue in the Expo Park neighborhood of Dallas, TX. The roastery is committed to ethical trade and sustainability, sourcing from importers who fairly compensate farmers, and has earned recognition as a multiple-time Good Food Awards winner and Dallas Observer Best Coffee Roaster. Noble Coyote is also active in the local community, partnering with organizations such as Café Momentum, and offers a “Brew Better Coffee” education series to make quality coffee accessible to home brewers.
