Incidental Coffee Roasters

Incidental Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop and small-batch roastery located at 27 N 100 W in downtown Provo, Utah, founded by owners Dylan and Jacqui, who began roasting in 2021 and grew the business from a farmers market presence to a full café by 2025. The shop roasts single-origin beans in small batches to highlight each bean’s natural qualities, and serves espresso drinks, tea, chai, matcha, and pastries Monday through Saturday from 7am to 4pm. In addition to their café, Incidental offers online bean sales, subscriptions, and coffee cart catering throughout Utah County and beyond.
