Loki Coffee – Salt Lake, Utah

Loki Coffee is a specialty coffee shop located at 325 E 900 South in Salt Lake City, Utah, founded by two coffee industry veterans with roots in Boston’s café scene and opened on November 11, 2023. The shop offers a farm-to-cup experience featuring espresso drinks, pour-overs, matchas, tea lattes, pastries, and retail coffee, open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Named in memory of the owners’ beloved pet, Loki Coffee has quickly earned community recognition — including a City Weekly Best Coffee Shop 2025 award — and hosts monthly events with the goal of creating a welcoming, inclusive neighborhood gathering space.
