Sunroom Coffee

Sunroom Coffee is a specialty coffee shop located at 470 W 200 North, Suite 100, in Salt Lake City’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, situated on the ground floor of the Salt Lake Crossing apartment development near the North Temple TRAX station. Founded by Sweden Allsop and Brian Raines, the shop has built a following for its creative, cold-foam-forward drink menu — including signature offerings like the Teddy Bear Latte — and its extended late-night hours, open daily until 10 PM and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, making it one of the latest-closing coffee shops in the city. Sunroom has also demonstrated a commitment to the local community by partnering with businesses like Chubby Baker and serving coffee at nearby residential communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
