Founded in 2017 by Tim and Jenn — Utah transplants from Charlotte, NC — The Honeysuckle Coffee Co. is a specialty craft coffee shop with two locations in the Salt Lake Valley: the original café in Sandy, UT, and a second location at 1588 S. Main St. in Salt Lake City. The shop serves handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, and gourmet hot chocolates alongside an entirely house-made food menu that includes sourdough bagels, avocado toast breads, biscuits, syrups, jams, chai, and yogurt — all prepared from scratch at their Sandy kitchen. Committed to quality and community, Honeysuckle partners with direct-trade and Rainforest Alliance–certified roasters such as La Barba Coffee, and has designed both of its warm, welcoming spaces to foster connection and a sense of neighborhood belonging.
